I'm a twenty-something housewife who began photographing random kitchen successes several years ago and then posting them for friends and family on Facebook. Not being very experienced in the kitchen, I was thrilled when something came out right and so I started grabbing for the camera. Now that my photo album has grown, I've decided it might be more satisfying to start a blog where I can write about my little adventures.

I want to be true to myself, so I can't promise a tidy entry on the same topic with each post. Instead, I hope to write on what I feel strongly about at the time, focusing mainly on food and photography but possibly other creative things as the mood strikes. Recently I've been experimenting with jewelry so perhaps my crafts will sneak into a post occasionally. I'm not a professional writer, cook, or artist but I hope you will appreciate my honesty and perhaps be inspired yourself!
